Dr. Brett Pearsall, DC

Dr. Brett Pearsall is a driven movement specialist practitioner striving to radically improve the quality of life in his athletic, youth, and working patients. While Dr. Pearsall is a Chiropractor by trade, he values what all forms of medicine can bring to an individual’s health. He combines a wide variety of techniques ranging from chiropractic to physical therapy to massage and nutrition to achieve optimal results with his patients. In addition to being certified in the breakthrough Active Release Technique® (ART), Dr. Pearsall has incorporated other leading-edge treatment therapies revolving around industry-leading, longer patient appointments:

Dr. Pearsall graduated locally from Millburn High School in 2005 after which he received his Bachelors in Science degree in Biology, and a Minor in Human Sciences from James Madison University. He completed his academic career with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Parker University, while also earning another two Bachelor of Science degrees in Anatomy, and Health and Wellness. Having experienced numerous sports-related injuries including a serious spinal fracture, Dr. Pearsall brings tremendous expertise and empathy to the health challenges of each patient.

Dr. Kayla Graessle, DC

Dr. Kayla Graessle, a dedicated chiropractor, discovered the transformative benefits of chiropractic care through her love for sports. Her personal journey of finding relief and improved well-being sparked a passion to help others. Her commitment to service led to a distinguished rotations, providing diagnostic and chiropractic services to veterans and active-duty service members within the hospital setting of the U.S. Department of Veteran Affairs in West Haven, Connecticut as well as to NCAA athletes within the University of Bridgeport clinical facility.

A native of New Jersey, Dr. Graessle’s educational journey includes graduation from Morris Knolls High School. She further distinguished herself by earning both her B.S. and graduate degree as a Doctor of Chiropractic from the University of Bridgeport. Dr. Graessle’s professional trajectory is a testament to her unwavering commitment to advancing chiropractic care, fostering optimal health, and enhancing athletic performance.
